FIBS’ primary responsibility is overseeing IB students’ rights in Finland. To do that, we regularly meet with decision makers in relevant organisations such as universities and municipalities, and strive to create material and spread knowledge of the IB. In doing so, we hope to ensure equal rights for both national and IB diploma students in university admissions, represent IB students in school closure decisions and maintain a high standard of education within all of the IB schools in Finland.
